The summer session starts from July 2 and ends on August 31. The schedule mainly includes Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, and Saturday nights. Starting this summer, we are limiting the number of member registration at 32 per night to prevent overflow. You can register either one night, two nights or all three nights. Please note, you are only considered a member on the night(s) which you registered while the weekly drop-in policy will apply on the nights which you are not. Membership Fees (Non-refundable)
● Tuesday (Monday) nights: $25 (9 nights)
● Thursday (Wednesday) nights: $25 (9 nights)
● Saturday nights: $25 (9 nights).

You can register via email at register@londonbadminton.ca. Once the registration has been processed, the applicants are responsible to make the payment within 2 days. You will be officially registered once payments have been received, and a confirmation email will then be sent to the applicant. The details required in the email are as follows:

Starting on July 2, 2016, you can register and pay in person (cash only) during the weekly badminton play nights if spots are still available.
Weekly Drop-In Policy
Those elected to not become a member can still play on any given night by paying a $8 drop-in fee. However, as members get priority, the number of available spots for drop-in will vary each night. To prevent disappointments, we recommend non-members submitting a drop-in request to register@londonbadminton.ca before 5:00pm on the day you are going to play. We will let you know as soon as possible whether there are spots remaining. If players show up without an approved drop-in request, they will not be permitted to play if the maximum number of people (32) has been reached.
